Charlies nail art is based in Derby UK. We ship worldwide Monday to Friday. We aim to post all orders made before 9am (GMT) out the same day however in busy periods this may not always be possible. In busy periods all order will be dispatched within 48 hours.

All orders are sent out first class delivery and normally arrive within 1 to 5 working days depending on the postage option you select.

2nd class delivery £1.75 (2 to 4 working days)

1st class delivery £2.15 (1 to 3 working days)

Tracked 24 delivery £3.99 (due to this being a Royal mail pick up service delivery can take up to 2 working days)

To checkout if there are any delays within you country checkout the International incidents updates on royal mail.

Please make sure when placing your order all your details and address is correct Charlie's nail art will ship to the address given in the shipping details. Charlies nail art can not be held responsible for orders not received due to the wrong address being given.

All orders are sent through royal mail if you do not receive your order within 1 to 3 working day (for UK orders) or within 4 weeks (for international orders) please contact us we will do are best to help. please check with your local sorting office to see if your parcel is there and your neighbours in case it has been left with them. please be aware this is out of our control and is down to royal mail because of this we have to wait 15 days before we can do anything as this is the time limit royal mail have stated it takes before the parcel is deemed as lost. 

If royal mail has attempted to deliver your order and you have not collected your order from your local sorting office. your order will be sent back to us if this happens we will contact you via email address you provided when ordering. you can have the order sent out again but you will be liable for the cost to resend the order. if you do not want the order resend we will refund you minus the cost for postage already paid to sent your order out the first time. (please note post and package cost may be more then you have paid for postage on your original order depending on how large your order was and how it was sent i.e signed for or special delivery)

Any import duties, taxes or charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional cost will be prior to ordering. Please be aware if place an order and it is returned to us due to non payment of custom charges we can only refund you for the cost of the items. You will NOT be refunded the postage/shipping cost as we have already paid to ship the order it is the buyers responsibility to pay any customs charges deemed due by your country.

Please be aware if you make an order and then decide to cancel the order you many be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of your order total to cover the cost of restocking products & admin fees.

All orders shipped outside the UK time stated for delivery are approximate times. Orders may take longer depending on customs or if it is a busy time of year. From time to time postal services around the world have strikes if your country's postal service is on strike this could delay your order this is out of Charlie's nail art control. We ask that if this happens you give time to allow your order to be processed by your country's postal service once the strike is over.

We do not allow collection of orders all orders must be made through the website.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened/unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will have to cover the cost to return the items unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please note when returning any item you will be responsible for any loss or damage from postage until we have received the item back you can protect your self by sending the item signed for via royal mail.

If you have ordered the wrong product by mistake and are returning a product to exchange it for another product to be sent out or the order is returned to us because of incorrect address or you failure to collect your parcel from your local sorting office (if you were out when your order was delivered and it did not fit through your post box). You will have to cover the cost and charges to send the new item out or if you are refunded for the order send back you will be refunded minus the cost of the original postage.

If you are returning an order which your received a FREE gift you will also need to return the free gift. If you do not return the free gift you will be charge the full price for the item which will be took from your refund.

Lost orders

On rare occasions an order my become lost in the postal system if you have not received your order in the suggested time please contact us so we can check  if there are any delays in your postal region and assist you further with receiving your order.

Refunds

Depending on the payment system you selected when placing your order refunds can take between 2 and 7 working days. If you placed your order through Paypal You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 3 business days of Charlie's nail art receiving the package. If you placed your order through our other payment system you should expect to receive your refund within 5 to 10 working days. 

All items will be subject to checks to make sure they have not been opened or used if items have been used a refund for the used items will not be issued and you will be liable to pay the cost to have the items returned to yourself.
please note you will not be refunded for postage unless the return is a result of our error.

If an item is damaged during posting we need to be contacted as soon as you receive your package to report it has been damaged in the post and returned within 7 days of receiving your order. If you do not report the item as damaged as soon as you receive your order we will be able to assist you further.
